All clothing items are usually prepared for shipping within 2 business days of receiving the order.

All jewelry pieces are carefully hand-crafted in our NYC studio. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your piece. Selecting faster shipping options will not speed up the time it takes to make the jewelry.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days after production. In addition, International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country's government and these are not included in the shipping fees. International Custom Duties are not included in the shipping fee.

RETURN POLICY

All necklaces are returnable for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as was received. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

Clothing, earrings, rings, and special orders are non-returnable.

If a package is marked as delivered to your address but is missing, please report the issue to us within 7 days. We will assist in launching an inquiry with our carrier to try and locate the missing package. However, please note that we are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer-provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or for lost or stolen packages. We recommend verifying your shipping details before placing an order to avoid any delivery complications.
